Yes, selectively — district- or state-wise exclusivity is earned through agreed first-year targets and is defined contractually. We do not promise exclusivity before qualification.
What are your payment and dispatch terms?
Terms are set per partner and order profile, discussed during qualification. We dispatch ex-Mumbai with reliable all-India logistics partners.
Do you support PCD / franchise partners?
Yes. We work with pharma distributors, stockists and PCD/franchise partners across India, and provide promotional inputs, product training and documentation support to field teams.
What margin should we expect?
Margins are competitive for the ophthalmic category and confirmed in the commercial discussion after qualification — we don't negotiate margins by web form.
We already distribute other eye-drop companies — is that a conflict?
